Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase form Alwayz At Home.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue with store credit for any returned merchandise.
We request that you provide PHOTOGRAPHIC & VIDEO evidence of the product that you wish to return. As this provides protection for both parties involved.
Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for items on sale.
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 20 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing.
Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
